“I lived in a Norwich rental owned by Florence and Abi for 2 years from September 2019 to September 2021. My experience was entirely positive from start to finish and outshone other landlords I have dealt with. To give a few examples: Florence was very open and approachable when I first came to view the property. I had lots of questions as I was moving from a different city which she was happy to answer. I found the price of the rental to be reasonable for what I wanted and the house itself was well looked after, well located and had sufficient parking. Throughout my tenancy I felt that I could reach out to Abi or Florence with any problems which they always tackled promptly (where possible due to the pandemic). The setup also included a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas and bathrooms which was great instead of relying on a rota. Abi and Florence were very proactive with communication around cleaners, viewings and inspections which was meant I was never blindsided when someone turned up. At the end of my tenancy I moved out early and as there was another tenant moving in I was refunded the difference which I appreciated.”
